One of my customer's has had one on order, but they have not been made yet, so my gun dealer tells me. They were offering a wood stock version with thumb hole for right handed shooters and a black synthetic version for ambidextrous, but their website now only shows the synthetic model. Hmm....
Click on the Caliber, then click 5.7 and it will come up.

UPDATE
Savage Model 25, Lightweight Varmint Series. I just picked up a new 2012 Savage Arms catalog and on page 34-35 they are NOT showing a 5.7x28mm model.![]()
Available calibers include:
17HMR, 20 gr. V-Max
22Hornet, 35gr. V-Max
17Hornet, 20 gr. V-Max
.223 Remington, 55 gr. V-Max
Then in the back of the catalog under the Specifications section, they show 5.7x28 in the chart of available calibers, but if you follow the column down, this round is not available. The guy at the gun shop said Savage is not going to make this caliber at present. Reason? Accuracy issues.

Too bad. I was on the waiting list for one. Looks like the wait will be very long.
