It has not been handled and the bolt has never been pulled back(except at the factory). It was only opened to take pictures for sale. These sold as high as $9000 when they first came out. It comes in a Hardigg storm weatherproof case($300 Value). This isn't your basic scar in a cardboard box. Comes as new with everything it did from the factory.
