I would call the airline you are going to be flying with and ask them what their requirements are.

Yep, call the airline or go on the website. SW was ... Unloaded in a locked case(checked baggage of course).

Check with your ailine as well.

I often travel with all manner of firearms. It's easy.

You might want to purchase additional insurance to cover in case of theft.

A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.

Not a bad idea to do. It is a federal requirment, so there should not be any variation in regards to the weapon.

It must be in a locked HARD SIDED case.

You must declare to the airline agent at the ticket counter, when checking in your baggage, that you have a firearm.

You may have to fill out a small card or form stating that the weapon is unloaded.

You may have to show the Airlines agent that it is indeed unloaded.

Ammo, must be packed in a container designed to hold ammo, I.E. the cardboard box that you bought it in.

DO NOT HAVE ROUNDS IN A MAGAZINE!!! Also do not have loose rounds floating around your bag.

Airlines can restrict how much ammo you can check in.

What ever you do, DO NOT attempt to go through the security check point with the gun or ammo.
