The FN's require a bit more work than 1911's after coating. The rail to slide is tight and need to be lapped after coating - hence a bit more cots involved.
If you do just the frame (you strip) - $84 not including return shipping. The FNP frame rails are extremely difficult to re-install thus we do not remove them anymore. If you are going to disassemble the frame yourself - please leave the rails (middle of the frame) in the frame. Disassembly/reassembly is additional $30.00.

Shipping is inexpensive via FedEx as a gun-part - since it's not a complete handgun.
