I see SPR A2 for sale, but they are not listed on FN's web site. Is the A2 not being made anymore, and are the ones for sale old stock? Also, if they stopped making A2's, why? What do the A1 and A1a have that the A2's do not. Thanks for any help.

The A2 has a slightly different stock that the A1 or A1a and I believe they stopped making that particular model, so it would be old stock you're seeing for sale

Does anyone know what the actual differences are in the A2 and what is offered now. If I were to pick up an A2, what am I not getting, such as multiple front sling post locations, a bad stock material? Accuracy? Or is it better to spend $200 more dollars and get an A1a

The link I provided is actually an A1.
Here is a picture of an A2.
