Repro FAL Fereday&Son Chest pouch ??

Has anyone ordered repro FAL Fereday&Sons chest pouch from Varusteleka in Finland ?? Any advise if you have? Are there any "customs" charges or any other unexpected charges associated with doing this? The Euro price with shipping looks to be half what these go for on EPAY etc. over here.

Decided to take a chance seeing how its only $ and getting no replies. Shipping was same for 1 or 2 so i got 2. I will say this turns out to be a nice piece of kit for the FAL mags. My other chest rigs hold 5 mags, but the 4 pouch is somewhat more comfortable. Added the nylon web extensions so it can go over winter coat with some adjustment for fit. Nice companion for my SA shoulder bag that also holds 4 mags in the side pouches. ( 2 on each side)

The color of the chest rig in the pics appears to be very yellow. But so does the South African shoulder pouch, and I have one and it's nowhere near that color.

Is the chest rig more of an olive drab color, and not the yellow as it appears in the pic?

    tpelle,
It does appear more yellow in the pic than it actually is in sunlight. Although it is khaki as is the bag and definitely not olive drab. It appears basically the same as some of the early post war British pouches, holsters and belts I have. I am somewhat color blind to green/yellow so my opinion on the color is suspect. I do have another F&S style chest pouch from the 70's that is much different and is dark chocolate brown but has had some black camo design inked in, it may be dyed since manufacture. Got pic of your chest pouch you can share?

I was referring to my SA shoulder pouch.

I use the FAL as my "go-to" rifle, and the SA pouch is a great way to store and carry four loaded magazines, plus a few other essentials.
