    In fact they cannot die.

LoL Love it. If you shot a Lego guy with a AK or AR I Think he might not be able to stand or well move agien. Possible dead but now if you find the piece and then glue him back together he will be OK. So I guess you right they can not be dead. :]

    Legos are fun.

Where are you finding the $310 price at? I see one for around 400 on there site.

Now also with the locking shoulders whats the OEM thickness? Please define what you mean when you say locking shoulder? I really dont much about the FAL. Trying to learn more Thanks
This is from a post in the DSA section at falfiles.

From now until 31 January, 2012, DSA is offering a sale price of $310 for our Type 1 carry handle and non-carry handle, and Type 2 carry handle receivers! The sale price is NOT good for our G1 or L1A1 receivers. Our standard receiver shipping prices still apply. For information on our receivers and their features, visit the web site at this link:

To order call DSA at (847) 277-7258, and mention the FAL Files receiver sale.

The FAL locks into battery with a tilting bolt. As the carrier moves forward the bolt is forced forward to chamber the round while the rear is forced downward and locked into place by the locking shoulder.

There is no OEM size, there is a range of sizes, each rifle is fitted with a specific size to be head spaced correctly. Too small of a locking shoulder and rifle will have excessive head space, too large of a locking shoulder and the rifle will not chamber rounds fully.

The everyday discount for falfiles members on DSA recievers is $350. Just a heads up if you miss the sale.
