Problem with Comp-Tac Minotaur and the 5.7?

Well, the whole thing will be going back on Saturday. They're going to email me a return shipping slip (on them) tomorrow and they'll take a look at it, but they've already stated since I own one and it works fine, then I know what I'm doing.

They'll see if it can be remolded or refitted somehow, if not, I'll be getting a refund.

So I received an email this morning from Comp Tac saying my order was in the process of being made and would be done within 3 days.... I never got a phone call or anything from them regarding what the problem was, so I gave them a call. Evidently, there was something wrong with the mold they were using once they looked at my setup and the wear it had. They remolded the Kydex to make it looser in some spots and they will send it back out to me to try once it done.

I hope this thing works this time!

Well, I got it back yesterday afternoon. As soon as I put the gun in it this time I knew it was different (not on my belt). It was very different, even though it was supposedly the same setup. Fits like a glove now and draws like butter.

I'll give them credit for taking care of this one right away for sure. Fairly easy to deal with, I just wish they hadn't said that they generally don't have to remold any of the holsters that come back. I almost went with someone else!
