Did i notice, or do i think it's relevant?
Yes, i noticed. I don't think it's relevant. I hope no one is paying $165 to have a Burris Fastfire installed on their FsN.
I like the elite iron sight rail that was just posted, but at the same time, it does move the sight up a lot higher, which makes for a much different presentation and sight plane to adapt to.
I went with the much lower profile True Hunter Supply mount, but i don't run the Fastfire on my FsN for defensive purposes. To me these red dots on pistols are much better suited to plinking/range use/competition.

I am Infantry, Follow me!
I went to the website and the rail mount that was mentioned above is out of stock and they arent currently accepting backorders. Any chance that anyone knows if and when they might be available again? I am OBSESSED with getting a five seven and putting a red dot on it. (I'm the guy at the range that absolutely, positively, MUST have some thing "different") I dont want to bother picking up the weapon until I know I can get my hands on the mount.
Thanks for any info.
A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.
Nice work! Does the Burris come with a dovetailed adapter or did you need to mill the sights down to use that as your base? I've been hoping someone would pull this off as incentive for me to copy their results. I had seen the FN 45 in the catalog done in similar fashion.
Which one are you trying to get?

That looks awesome, I'm trying to do the same thing, any tips? I have been looking for a mount that fits on the rear sight, bt it looks like they are only fo the glocks and xd's? Great job! want to do another one lol.
