Already a bunch of them on the market. Nothing like being late to a crowded party.

Yeah, this thread has refused to die since 2007

Albeit old, it is still a worthwhile thread

I have the Serpa blackhawk and really like it. I really like the trigger finger groove. As you draw your weapon your finger is directed to the trigger immediately. Only warning would be if you do carry it chambered(not recommended) to practice drawing it unchambered for a while as not to have an accidental fire pulling it out of the holster

You see in this world there's two kinds of people my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig?

As an update, Comp-Tac rectified the problem and the thing fits like a glove now!

Do any of you know what SIZE of Blackhawk holster the FSN takes? I know the holster number that's listed on Midway USA and Blackhawk's website, but I can get free, fast shipping on Amazon: Amazon.com: BLACKHAWK! Serpa CQC Carbon Fiber Black Holster (Matte Finish): Sports & Outdoors

I am pretty sure that I saw the FSN takes a size 18? Anyone know?

    Gracias

I think you're right about the size. If you put one in the cart on Blackhawk's site the model is #410518BK-R. (Black right handed, FN 5.7). If you change the hand gun make, the 18 changes accordingly. I looked at my Serpa and well it just says FN Five-Seven (no size).

Thanks akitainu! I also saw the 5.7 listed in a different color of Blackhawk holster on Amazon and it had ( 18 ) next to it. I'll buy one from Amazon and see if it works. If anything, I can send it back to them free and get a refund.

Well, I decided to go a different route for the FsN holster. I ordered a Fobus paddle holster from Amazon yesterday - they are just too cheap! I'll probably use that at the range.

Then, I also ordered a Sidearmor weapon light holster, which I believe is shown in a post earlier in this thread. I have a TLR-2 to mount on the FsN, so I am going to use the Sidearmor for hog hunts, etc.

I'll post up some pics when I get my hands on these goodies!

+1 on the Blackhawk Serpa. It's perfect with the 5.7...
God Bless our troops, especially our snipers!!
