Hello,
i just picked up a FN 5.7 pistol from a local police officer, the pistol is in great shape, it says IOM on the box, but it doesn't have a round trigger guard, it bothers me. thanks
Normal.
FNH took about 3 years for the labels on the outside to match the gun on the inside.
It is a USG.
Post some pics, lets see it. As a wise man once said (SGT) If there are no pics, it didn't happen.![]()
Wait till you take it to the range!! You gotta try it out at the 50yd range. You might be suprised.

You see in this world there's two kinds of people my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig?
50 yard range? You'll be pleased at the 100 yard range. First pistol I had that would consistently hit 8" pie plates at 100 yards w/ open sights.Originally Posted by mptoledo

thanks for te quick answers. i am actually not a big pistol fan, my handgun collection is rather small. people always told me 5.7 is a very unique pistol, 100yd / laser like accuracy, hardly any recoil + i already have a PS90, however the price is very steep for a pistol, luckly i got a great deal on it, 5-30round mag, about 700round 197SR, holster mag holder, for a grand. here is a picture

That is a great combo, like mine a lot. Sounds like a good deal you got on the FiveseveN.![]()
Hopefully he didn't sell it to you as an IOM - they're typically higher in price.
Nice pair of FN's man!!!!
