I'm looking forward to purchasing a Five Seven when I get back from this deployment. After looking at the GemTech website I'm getting the impression that I need to purchase an extended threaded barrel in order to shoot this suppressed. My question is: Does the barrel come threaded from the factory? If not, can I get the barrel threaded or do I have to purchase another extended threaded barrel in order to shoot this suppressed?

EFK Fire Dragon sells a ready-made unit for $320.

Tornado Technologies will weld a threaded extension onto your barrel for $175.

You can do it either way.

One of the best drop in barrels is made by Jarvis.

Can I remove that white sticker, the one on top of the barrel/slide, with those UPC stlye numbers on it?

Or is that a no no.

That is an internal FN tracking number.

Remove it. Once it gets to the end user it is of no use.

Plus if left on the pistol it will discolor the plastic.
