Have you ever bought ammo for a gun you don't own yet? I am contimplating buying some bulk .45acp. I already have three .45 acps but have been seeing a 4th, FNP45T, in my near future. I usually just buy WWB for plinking through my 1911's and P220. But I keep hearing reports that the FNP45T can be finicky with it. Is there any truth to this?
It just so happens I am about out of the WWB I have and was looking to restock on .45 acp. It's not like I don't have other .45's. But I'd like to hear some input from you guys before I buy any bulk ammunition, for the prospective FN I will very likely buy in the near future.
I need the ammo now, the handgun is going to have to wait a month or so.
Great forum BTW, I have been really enjoying all the useful information here.
WWB ammo... I had crazy problems with it, some don't.
try a small amount and see how they work before buying a ton of it?

FNP45 on my hip
That seems consistent with all else I have heard and read.
WWB is the only ammo I've had issues with. Not as many as some, but the few I did have were ALL WWB.
