    Fns newb

    Have a chance to pick up a fns 9 or a s&w m&p 9mm tomorrow. I'm a lefty so the fns really appeals to me. Can I go wrong with either? Gonna be a range gun or bedside gun. Thanks.

    To the Forum! The FNS's are excellent pistols but You might want to consider the new FN 509
    fn 509-- striker fired 9mm

    Thanks guys but I'm doing a trade of my m&p shield 40. Looking for a bigger gun as I carry a different gun and do not need the shield. But I really like the ambidextrous controls on the FN being a lefty and all. Lots of good reviews but have never owned an FN product. I'm used to Smiths, and not sure about going out of my comfort zone. Lol

    Welcome! I'm a lefty too and that's why I love my FNX45T. I was so impressed with the handling that I have a FNS 9C on order now

    I own a S&W midsize 45acp and a FNS-9c.Both are great guns . Smith is by my bedside and use FN for EDC. I would give the FN a slight advantage , feels and shoots more like a custom gun. Very solid.

    Well here she is. All I can say is wow. I definitely made the right choice. Now to get it to the range but so far I'm impressed. Comfortable and the quality is fantastic.
