FNP45 gives the same thing capacity wise. I'm sure they'll

Word from SHOT is yes... perhaps later in the year vs. earlier next. I shot the FNS-9 and it was ok. trigger feels "different" than my FNPs. hard to explain without shooting them side by side.

I think that has to do with the pivoting trigger. It is also heavier than the SA of the FNP's. My FNP-9 has IMO a much better trigger in SA (lighter and smoother), but it also has 5300 rounds through it while the FNS I tried was brand new. Originally Posted by AmarilloFN

Hopefully, it will be more compact 8 to 10 rounds of .45! The FNS of course feels different, as it is entirely different trigger and mechanism!

Take a look at FN's website. 12 round mags...
I was hoping they'd make it thinner, but it appears that it will be nearly the same width.-Dan

i really hope they make a fns-45 i own a fnp-45 and i love it so much its my favorite shooting gun ever
