    FNH Shooter's Pack from Brownells

Anyone use one? For the price seems like a good package to get started shooting IDPA/IPSC.

They're okay. Sold mine if favor of a Raven Concealment. It should work fine for you.

I bought one for use at the range.

My only gripe is the two-piece magazine pouch design uses the belt loop as the back panel.

The holster can be setup as belt loop, paddle, or purchase a Tek-Lok clamp.

Your life would be so much easier if you would just switch to being right handed. I shoot left handed whenever I can for practice because you never know when you're going to be short a hand. Ambidexterity is a tactically sound practice.

I need to practice with my rifle left handed. I shot a couple mags through my buddies FS2000 left handed, but not my AR yet. Pistol, usually put a couple mags through left handed.

Ignoring the insult and without getting into neurological details it's not realistic to change to being right-handed or truly ambidextrous at my age. I can draw and fire my CHL pistol with either hand and I'm happy with that. I have the FNS for "play" such as: plinking, steel, IDPA, IPSC, etc... Again, not much encouragement to change my principal hand.

Not an insult... tactically sound advice... and if all the 70+ old phogies at my work can learn to use a computer... you can learn a new shooting skill. But do what you want, just don't make excuses. I don't care either way.
