    10 round mags for FNX

CT is working on a 10 round ban and confiscating existing high cap mags. Anyone know if there is plans for a 10 rounders? After market?

They aren't going to grandfather in any 11+ round magazines already out there?! The government would have all kinds of hell confiscating something from me that I purchased legally.

But to answer your question, I've yet to hear anything of 10 round magazines being made. Yours can be modified to only hold 10 rounds, however, and I doubt it would be that difficult. Some others here may be able to help more on that.

They aren't planning on grandfathering anything. They are going to slap you with a class D Felony if you refuse to comply.

Wouldn't that be an ex-post facto confiscation? Even the Feds grandfathered pre-ban weapons. Your elected officials at work.

Just tell them to let you keep your current 17 round mags and assure them that you will only reload them with up to 10 bullets!! Lol!!!

This is taken from the PDF manual

    Magazine capacity : FNX-9 : 10-rounds (limited-capacity magazine)
    17-rounds (high-capacity magazine)
    FNX-40 :10-rounds (limited-capacity magazine)
    14-rounds (high-capacity magazine)

Need to find the part number.

FN has no plans for a 10 round mag. I am bummed.

This is from a email I received today from Bob Alies:

"As of now, we are not going to make a 10 Round Magazine for the FNX."

10 round mags are finally avail. A few online retailers are listing the FNX-9 with 10 rd mags in stock. Also, Brownells is listing the mag as backordered.

The blk frame with ss slide is part no 66868
    Blk/blk is 66868
