The FNX 45 isn't out yet and won't be till later in the year, so basically, no one outside of FN knows exactly what the differences are.
So I was dead set on getting an FDE FNP45 Tactical. I shot a friends FNP45 Tac and I loved it, I am used to 1911s and this just did it for me. I have a SCAR 17s and this would be the perfect companion firearm for it.
Then I read about some issues with mags and such, even something about a trigger pin? Then I see this FNX45 Tactical coming out. It sounds like it is the "new and improved" version but I haven't been able to find any good side by side comparisons on it.
What will the differences be?
Should I wait and get the FNX45 Tactical? What would you do?
Help an FN brother out!

I am also wondering about the pin above the trigger.
That's wierd, i've had mine for a year and have never had a problem with it using it in competition.
Probably would want to wait for the FNX Tactical - beings is this will be the new platform that FN will support for the next several years through parts and magazines. The FNP mags and eventually parts will be phased out. So I vote FNX Tactical.
