    March 2010

Thought I'd show a little thanks to FNH for some great products. It's too bad I can't take a good picture.

Nice, what's that on top of the FNAR? Have you ran rifled slugs through the SLP? I am considering one for myself, and am curious about their accuracy at a distance. Also, have you used any optics on the SLP?

    Nice

You have pretty much everything covered (actually, you need to get a bolt gun and PS90 for the bolt rifle and pdw categories and maybe an FAL or 17s when they come out for a battle rifle )

Thanks for the offer, I'm guessing it would cost me less to buy a nice camera though.

On the FNAR is an inexpensive scope that I really like. I have 2 of them now and each has performed very well. It's a SWFA SS 10x42. Here's a link to the one I have, they have other versions - http://swfa.com/SWFA-SS-10x42-Tactic...cope-P499.aspx.

The SLP MK 1 has had everything run through it and it has performed excellent with everything from bird shot, to buck, to slug. I've been running this one in matches and it is great. It's also been fun for skeet. I have not run any optics on it - the factory sights on the MK I are excellent and my eyes pick them up very quickly. They are set up to be able to quickly acquire targets at different ranges. I've run slugs out to 100 yards with ease on 6" steel. I've only grouped with it once - that was at 100 yards with 5 slugs just under 4". I would not say that is a fair example and would bet I could get more out of it.

I've considered a FN bolt gun, but just can't decide.

I'm still hoping I don't get bit by the FAL bug.

I'm sure I'll end up with a 17s, but I still go back and forth a little.

I know I'm going to add a FNX in 9mm.

    Looks good.

A nice fella from this forum recently let me run his. It's on the list of things to buy now. I think it would go nice in my pic. I still want to get the FNX 9 first, I think.
