    Laser &/or Light opinions wanted

Looking for opinions on whether a laser (also red vs. green), a light (mounted or handheld), or a combination unit is worthwhile for an FNX9. The good, the bad, and the ugly of your experiences. My main use is target shooting; hopefully I'll never need to use it for self-defense (in the home, not concealed carry). Thanks

I use the Streamlight TLR-2 weaponlight with red laser. These work great. The laser is not visible in very bright sunlight, but that is what you use the iron sights (or Trijicon RMR MRDS) for anyway. At night, these can't be beat.

$229 at Midway USA if you catch the right sale...!

Very good, reasonably priced handheld flashlight -- Streamlight SuperTac -- around $60 on sale, and comes with a holster. Very bright, and Streamlight makes a weaponlight mount for it if you want to use it on a carbine, rifle or shotgun.
