It will loosen up with time, mine did, but its still a tighter fit than the standard handguard

As for a vertical grip, I use a CAA "Stubby" grip, its the one that sort of has the HK MP5K look to it, Its nothing fancy, but it feels rock solid, and thats what I wanted
