Before you preview our work below, please note:
We are NOT currently producing the model shown. We are now working on our fourth prototype (photos below are of
our third prototype). Newer model utilizes more polymer parts, ( lighter combined weight, better functionality, fewer
total individual parts meaning less chance of failure, and more compatible in concept with the FS2000. Please DO NOT
contact us for sales as we are NOT currently taking orders of any kind. This preview is for the professional and novice
opinion only. This forum consists of a compendium of knowledge gathered from the lifetime experiences of law enforcement,
military, and gun enthusiast alike. It is your input concerning use, need, functionality, better ideas, and safety concerns we
would most valuably appreciate in order to make a better finalized product.
Your input makes a difference!

With that said, we are totally excited to preview our first fully functional 37mm FS2000 Weapon Specific Launcher!
While we continue to test our integrated design, we can now say we have completed our 1500th test launch without a
single failure or malfunction, ( multiple flare, smoke, and other assorted shells are used for testing along with empty
casings with primers only). With Pat. pending on more than three unique applications for our launcher design, we hope
to make a product that will far exceed expectations concerning aesthetics, practical use, and reliability. We
designed this launcher to incorporate the needs often addressed by forum members as a tactical weapons addition. Such
as streamlining the complete unit, including a tactical light and combat laser source within the assembly that minimalize
bulky add-ons.
Unlike most after market launchers with a secondary trigger system, the FS2000's open front trigger guard design
allowed us to place the trigger directly in-line with the primary. Meaning the operator does not have to remove their
finger from the primary firing position in order to trigger the launcher. Nor does the second hand used for stability need
move to engage the launcher.
Furthermore, the charging or cocking handle ( functions similar to the AR) is directly under the trigger housing, this allows
total ambidextrous use of the launcher. The trigger hand can rotate down and pull the charging handle without removing the
thumb from the grip. Or the hand used to stabilize the weapon can charge the Launcher. The safety for this unit is built into the
trigger, dropping the weapon, or accidental light touch, will not dicharge the launcher.
“Smart Touch” buttons for the light & laser (switchable to either side), are within reach of the second finger or first and
second fingers of the stabilizing hand. Light, Laser, Or Light and Laser combo can be selected as ALWAYS ON, ALWAYS OFF,
or TOUCH TO ON, similar to a pressure switch but with the option of the user to choose.
Batteries are held in the space between the rifle and launcher for easy access.
A magnetic buffer plate helps keep any metal debris from causing obstruction. Along with an adjustable firing pin set screw that
allows for precise rotation for different case sizes and material, ( plastic shells vs metal, or size inconsistencies with different manufacturers rounds).

I want to buy one right now, that is the coolest thing I've ever seen. If you ever decide to sell one of your prototypes let me know. :P
Do you fear what you can't control?
Very interesting, and NICE!!!!

Love the integrated light. Just looking at it, you can hardly tell its there![]()
I would assume you'd have to get the 'destructive device' permits for it if you were to buy one correct?

A 40mm launcher and munitions would need to be registered as a Destructive Device. They are normally reserved for
Law Enforcement and Military. The 37mm flare launcher does not currently need to be registered with the ATF as it
was primarily designed for marine signal flare use and is considers "Not a Title 1 Firearm", "Not a Weapon", or a "signaling
Device". ATF ruling 95-3 states each are legal to own and are not regulated, though combining the two requires registering
the device. With specific restrictions to munitions, signal Flares, Smoke, & Gas-such as CS rounds are legal to use without
restrictions. However, any munition that propels an object such as rubber rounds, bean bags, or any explosive of any kind
would make the launcher a DD. This MUST be registered with the ATF to use those type of rounds. Even those less lethal
rounds, while many are perfectly legal to own separately, once placed in the launcher, would make it a DD. We cannot express
this information enough! Always be sure to check your local laws concerning anything you may decide to purchase concerning
launchers, firearms, or munitions. Each state has specific laws concerning Weapons, firearms, and yes, even signal flares or fireworks.
On a second note, many companies sell adapters to reduce the 37mm size down to 26.5mm Flare sizes (Legal). And from 37mm
to 12ga, (not legal with the exception of flare rounds). Any other 12ga round would make the launcher a DD.
We hope this helps, and please remember, when in doubt, contact your local law enforcement or government branch for information.

I'm a little confused as to how the trigger works. Do you poke it with your finger to fire it?
This thing looks awesome. I'll be first in line when you do start taking orders!
The launcher trigger is in-line with the factory trigger. The trigger itself is about one and a half times wider than
the FS2000 factory trigger. This makes it a bit easier to push forward. The "pull" is much heavier than a standard
rifle trigger for safety reasons. We integrated a drop safety and trigger safety by using a two stage trigger system.
The intial push unlocks the safety and a continous push will engage the device to launch. Its a bit tough to see as
the trigger mechanism is covered with a piece of protective silicon foam for comfort. You can see a full forward
trigger finger push in one of the photos.
I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

That is awesome! Hopefully after you get this one going you make one for the SCAR... please haha. If I had a FS2000 still i'd buy one no question.
