I know that a C-More (or at least I've heard it did) optic will fit under the hood of the standard. Which specific model is it that will do this? I like the look of the hood, but not necesarily the optic that came with the rifle. A red dot is always a nice option.
Thanks!
I've heard the cmore sights work well with the hood as I have asked this question before. Owning a standard, I've never been able to buy a cmore (16 year olds don't have that kind of money), I just put a ncstar 4x instead of the factory optic. As to the model of it, I suggest any of the thinner low profile ones should work fine. Happy shooting!

Anyone else that can help. I don't want to invest in the wrong C-more optic if ya know what I mean. Thanks everyone!
The Railway or Serendipity will fit but, in the end you're not going to be happy.

Sgt,
Why won't I be happy? Just curious as I have the opportunity to pick up a C-more Railway click model at a reasonable price. Is it not worth it? Better to remove the entire top and just mount an Eotech?
Thanks Sgt. I value your opinion.
The C-More sights adjustments are spongy at best when compared to virtually all other DRS systems in the same price range. Battery life isn't great either and you'll have to remove the hood to turn the unit on and off. If you have an Eotech on hand, I would just mount it and be done. If you're looking at Eotech and don't have one yet, I would suggest looking at other options as well.

Won't an Aimpoint Micro T-1 fit there?
The problem with something like an Aimpoint Micro is that you will basically be putting it in the middle of a dark cavern. It will really destroy the purpose of that sight.
Thanks Sgt! I have two Eotech 552's and on 512 (double AA's). They are mounted on other things right now, but I think that's what I'll do then. Thanks for your help everyone!
