FS2000 - 40 rd. GI Mags

While I was at the local gun show, I noticed that several vendors that seem to sell a lot of magazines had GI issue 40 round mags for about $30 each. Has anyone used these before in the FS2000? The mags were the same as typical metal 30 round versions.

One vendor was even selling them with MAGPUL followers installed. I came really close to buying a couple but thought the $30 per clip was excessive.
