I voted for the EOTech since that is what I put on mine. Don't have any experience with the others you have listed. The model I have is an EXPS2-2. I primarily purchased this since I have an EOTech with the 3x magnifier on another rifle and if I want magnification, it is an easy swap.
Picked mine up yesterday. I was going to run my EOTech EXPS3-0 on it since I will mainly be using it for under 200 yds (if I were to come into some extra cash, I may consider getting the G23 magnifier for it). I picked up a Trijicon RM06 RMR (adjustable LED model) for the FN SLP I'm awaiting and decided to try it out on the FS2000. I'm actually pretty impressed with how well it works on this carbine. It will obviously take some range time to get used to it and the holographic sight isn't directly comparable to the red dot, but my initial impressions are favorable.
The RMR dot perfectly cowitnesses with the irons and thus makes for a consistent cheek weld when using irons instead. I really like the HUD on the EOTech with the FS2000, but the EXPS sits a tad high as it has a 7mm riser. I find that I don't get as solid of a cheek weld but it's certainly workable and will get better with practice. I imagine the EOTechs with no risers (e.g., XPS, 512) would be about the perfect height. I'm sure an Aimpoint in either a low mount or the "HK" height would work well, too. My only gripe with the RMR is that you have a relatively small FOV, but it almost seamlessly integrates with this weapon system--it seems just right.
Here are a couple of crappy pics, one with the RMR and the other with the EXPS3-0. Once my tactical rail gets here so I can mount my SureFire M300A I will post some better pics. I'm thinking about trying out a KAC handstop, but I have a KAC VFG that I can play with some, too. As an aside, I'm hoping to run a SureFire SR07 (or SR05) switch on the left rail.

I see no one chose the tripower. I tried the tripower. It had a serious short-coming in that the battery power never got bright enough for the brightest scenes. This was only a problem if you were shooting from under a shadow, which kills the brightness from the fiber optic collector. Eotech's now on sale at our website, BTW.

Well after 200rds I started to get a good feel for my fs2k and her brass barfing ways!after 3 mags I knew it needed a T-1! It's well balanced and I didn't want to upset that so the little Aimpoint is just what she needs!
