    The Optics Question.

Ok so my Fs2k will be here soon and I'm going to be getting some optics. Now 99.9% of the shooting I'm going to do will be 100yds or less / tactical courses. I've pretty sure what I'm going to go with but just out I'd curiosity I would like to know every one else is running on their Fs2k! Also what is the 1/3 Co-Witness hight on the Tactical?

I have a Comp m4s and I ran it a few times on my buddy's AR and I like it a lot.

Off topic: how much are the Fs2k running these days?
    Thanks in advance gentleman.

If you can still find the military over runs around $1400 if not $1800-$2100!

Congrats on your FS2K! It is an amazing rifle.
I am probably the odd man out, and it took me a long time to make the decision, because I always thought I would just use a 1x holo sight. While I was using the BUIS i noticed that i just couldn't see the target as well as i wanted to. So I opted for a scope. it looks a little funny, but it works. in the future i am hoping to still get a 1x holo sight, so this thread is fantastic! thank you for posting it

I've wanted one for a long time (Back in my PS90 days about traded for one but didn't and kind of wish I did) I would have just bought one a long time ago but always seem to miss out on the great deals and it's hard to pay $2100 knowing I could have got it for $500 less. When these started showing up I had to jump on this one!! As to the sights, I had 100% cowitness with iron sight/RDS combo on my 6920 but never really liked it. It didn't help when I would switch my RDS to my SCAR and had the nice clear FOV either. This time around I want the iron sights there but out of the way!

A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.

Suddenly, I don't feel alone anymore.

I shoot the PRO on my F2K. I have yet to switch the glass to the ADM-H mount. I opted for the ADM-H to reduce weight and to get rid of that ridiculously large knob. I flipped it to the right side of the rail but it's still in the way so OFF it goes.

Any of the ML2 type Aimpoints work very well on the gun. The H1 family... Well, you know how I like them. The other unit I picked up on but due to Winter being upon my head, I won't get out to test until Spring is the Insight MRDS (kit). It does look promising as the single control switch is located at the rear of the unit and the battery compartment's location allows a battery change without breaking zero. Only live fire will tell me if I made a wise purchase but I do have a pretty good feeling about it.
