    OP posted about steel mags, not stainless steel.

    I agree about the SS mags. They are lighter than the steel ones, thinner is why. C-products SS mags were good.

    BTW since the walls were thinner, the follower was a bit different, bigger. so a regular STANAG follower would be loose.
