OK, instead of using an adapter to install my AAC M4-2000 08 I had the barrel shortened and permanently attached the flash hider.
Shoots great!!!

That's a Freddy Brake for the FAL, threaded 9/16"-24 lefthand. Pictured is a Raddlock magazine lock installed to make the rifle California legal.
