The last reliable timeframe I got from "the horse's mouth" was (is) this summer. ATK (Alliant Tech Systems) is making them for FNH under contract.

Note:
REAL manufacturers like FNH don't hide the fact that they sub-contract components for manufacture. They don't have to project a 'facade' to the shooting public. Unlike some guppies, the whales know who they are. The guppy wants everyone to think it's a whale, but when someone asks the guppy to prove they're a whale, they go nuts.
