Ok, This is not a normal IOM that came with a letter. This prototype was developed after the Tactical variant and before the IOM. Can someone else verify what I have here ? TIA

The IOM prototype was a very small run of modified Tacticals that were made for the IOM trials. It is the rarest version of FsN made. It did not come with a letter as it was pre-IOM and these were not made for sale to anyone, Officers or the pulic. After the trial they were given to some special people. Number 8 that I purchased was given to Ken Flood.
