I'm not sure if you traded for a sling attachment or not but I do have a black FS2000 Urban E.R.T. attachment that I could trade for your Sarge ODG. The Urban E.R.T. adapter doesn't have a ring like yours, it has a clip so I'm not sure that it would suit you purposes or not.
