Five-seveN FDE preproduction sample
Just thought I would share the first Five-seveN made in FDE. This is a 1 of 1. FNH USA ordered this one as a pre-production marketing sample before the Five-seveN FDE was released. Note: FDE slide cover with grey controls.
My FN Toys are... FDE Five-seveN, SCAR16S, 6.5x284Norma on an FNSPR action and more to come...

FNH USA did not think the customers would accept the diffrence is shade between the slide cover and frame (ie note how much discussion ther has been about the SCAR) so the ran the black side cover instead. I would never say never about anything but I am not shure that they would make a slide cover in FDE. This one will stay with me well unless.... I get offered more that what I am willing to keep it for.

Personally, as long as it's they're both FDE, I wouldn't care if they're not exact. The multi-colored FDE SCAR's don't bother me at all.
The 45 Tacticals slide doesn't match the frame that great and I want one BAD. Just have to finish up school before I get back into 45's.-Dan
