    Another broken 249s

My trigger clicks and does not fully disengage sear.
If I pull up on the trigger pack and pull trigger it fires.

FN wants entire firearm shipped back.
    400 rounds fired

Bummer on a weapon that costs that much and is failing with trigger issues at such low round counts....

Sorry to hear that. For a $7K+ gun, you should not have to deal with this issue.

I know they will make it right..

I really don't want to box it up and ship it...
If I dig into the trigger pack I'm sure the warranty will be void.

Even if you could find the issue, FN will still want the entire package so that they can test it before they send it back to you. They should issue you a call slip (pay tho have it sent to them) and pay for the return as well. At least that is what they did with my A5M XP and that is just a fraction of the cost of the 249.

I have no doubt that FN will make it right. This is concerning though. Another member, I believe has the select fire type, and broke the bolt in his.

I feel for you. I would probably drive it up there and wait for it. Of course, they are about 8 hours up the road from me so that is not a very huge issue. Don't think that they would pay gas, meals, and hotels though.

cycling the bolt with the safety on causes the sear to wear and will no longer work right.
