    Thanks!

Don't laugh! That little Honda generator was a tough little bugger, ( and it was the only power source we had! Lol! )

One of our Flt Trps based elsewhere in the country had a video of one of their M3Ps putting out one hell of a muzzle blast at night, so we wanted to see if this was a gun issue or, ( more likely ) an ammo issue.

We ran straight ball, ball+tracer, API+tracer and APIE+tracer during the day light and at night to see if we could duplicate the intense muzzle signature. We never could.

The local Taliban wasn't too pleased with our little test, though. After we finished the day portion, they threw some rocket fire back toward us and the outlying FOB we were on. Those darn inconsiderate neighbors!

Not laughing at the Gen, those are quite and work great!!! Expensive though.

I hope you were running that test, using "them" as targets. Sounded that way.

Lol... nah, we had to keep the MG dialed into a specific area on the hill side above the FOBs small arms range. The thought did cross our minds, though.

We only had the ammo that was being used for the day fire, up on the hill with us and we'd already fired that all up when we started getting rocketed, otherwise, we'd of cranked that M3P over and fired up the hill side.
