M-16...
An FN M-16. Haven't seen any on here.

there are thousands of them out there. Ask anyone carrying a military issued m16(not m4) and you bet its made by FN

How many civilian ones are there though? I've only seen 1 (I think it was civilian anyway)

m dictates military so there are no civilian m16s.
not to say there arent any ar15s floating around though......
