I ran across this site and found it to be interesting, there is a complete 1984 FNC catalog showing all the factory accessories available with parts and accessory price lists. It identified the bayonet I was looking for which was a relief.

Boy, if you look at the FNC lower and the Gen 1 SCAR-L prototype lower, they are verrrry similar.
