Man your room has come a long way since the last time I saw pictures of it. Congrats, you have the coolest man cave ever.

An FFL told me there are around 19 authentic/original full auto M249s legally in civilian hands in the US.

    Thx,
Moved to an other house in december. Had a chance to start in a stripped house. I'm happy with it. Still a lot to do. Comparing in $ my collection is about 150k$ worth in Europe. If this would be in the US i would be rich.
I'm collecting some 25 years now. All inworking order, all legal.

There's a couple of if's on my mind so here it goes. If I had 8k I'd buy up more than 1 rifle but if there's a ban brewing then ship me the 249 ASAP. Yes Hillary is our next president but they also said Obama was going to take them down and that didn't happen. Roll the dice!

As a class III dealer and manufacturer (both class III and destructive device) with the largest privately owned collection of tanks with live main guns in the US, our facility is pretty safe. Your value on the gun is a bit high with it being a pre-86 dealer sample, so it can not be owned by a non dealer. The real valuable machine guns are the fully registered guns that can be bought on the open market by non-dealers.

Its a belt fed 556. Other than it looking cool its not practical at all in semi-auto. You could get a scar instead for a quarter of the price, almost.
