I did the install last night, wasn't bad.
Had to:
1. Use the 3/4" drill bit to open up the part that slides over the barrel. The fit is so perfect Im thinking of not even using the set screws. Snug yet allows barrel movement.
2. Use a bench grinder to remove a little material from the rectangular blocks so that they fit all the way into the recess on the PS90 frame.
3. Holes didn't quite line up at the quadrail to the rectangular blocks so I had to expand the screw holes with a dremel a bit. The included washers still cover the hole.
Will post some pics later to make this a little more clear.
Cool, and thanks. That definately sounds do-able. I am guessing as long as you don't overload the rail with heavy stuff, or put a pistol grip on it, it shouldn't interfere with the barrel movement.
