PS90 Low Rail System - Advice

Hello I'm new to these forums, and am looking for advice from more seasoned PS90 owners. I recently purchased a PS90 (Pic Below, and yes i live in CA hence the bastardization of the firearm) and am looking to add an ACOG, but first I need a rail system that is lower than the one that is stock with the fire arm.

I found these two below, are either recommended? If not can someone please point me in the right direction.

Also I notice the second link states that it needs to be installed by a gunsmith, is that typical when changing rail systems on the PS90?

Please forgive me if this question has been asked in the past. Any help is appreciated.

The TROS rail will be a lot lower than a generic picatinny rail.

PS90 Low Rail System - Advice

I use the TROS USA mount from your 1st link and it works great. We also have a forum sponsor who offers this but I have never used it before.

You should not need a gunsmith to swap out the rail.

Tros is a very good mount, I chose and worked with Design Machine a Forum sponsor for a T1. He does make a mount for most any optic you want. Links are in the sponsor section
