I had a UTG laser, it is really quite badly made in terms of the electronics. Very unreliable and will not hold zero.
I read very good reports on the laser Max Uni-laser and picked one up with the 3 year warranty; it is nicely made, easy to zero and very easy to pick up with the pulse diode. I am not sure where the previous post above found terrible online reviews, but that goes against what I have been reading.
Plus it's USA made! Wow, how unusual. I will always give my business to US producers over China junk, it's the right thing to do even if it costs a little more... you know it's better.
In fact, I'll post a photo shortly of my Laser Max mounted under my overhanging custom rail system I made in my shop. It puts the Uni-Max just over the barrel inline with the Trijicon Reflex sight so the two can be zero'd in nicely
so be it. TLRs are really not all that costly.
You bet your life.
My new Lasermax Uni-max red laser; USA made! Very compact and the pulsed diode is great. Here it is shown mounted under my Trijicon Reflex on my new rail I made in the shop. Everything is in line with the barrel, no off to the side issues to deal with
Their lasers are not the least expensive items available, but then again neither is the Trijicon or the PS 90... just looking for great quality and performance.
OOOOPs.... I forgot to attach the link:
As above, here is the Uni-max

Here is another view as a full view of the PS 90... also for those interested, the trigger is a new AMP engineering hard anodized aluminum trigger which I shot with KG Gun Coat and polished out with a scotch bright pad to aid in low friction.... it has great feel with the improved radius and chamfered sides. And no more plastic feel!!! I love it.
