Issues with a Thompson receiver?
I am building a P90 on a Thompson Machine receiver.
All supporting parts (charging handle, springs, etc) are new from FN.
The receiver seems to spread the ps90 stock a bit. It does not slide in smoothly.
Consequently, when the charging handle is added, it tends to drag, and not function 100%.
Has anyone else had similar trouble?

It sounds like the receiver is too big/out of spec.

plenty of people have built up a thompson receiver without problems. I'm just wondering if it will work itself out. I know the guy does good work.
