Nice job Uziduzit! That looks like a lot of work but your final product looks fantastic!
Where in Massachusetts do you live? There aren't that many PS90 owners here. I live in Rockport (cape Ann). If you live somewhere close maybe we can get together and fire our toys?

I noticed a similar problem with my P90 so I decided to mill off the entire top from the receiver. I then welded in a filler plate to make the top flat and level to the bore. The plate also added some rigidity to the top of the receiver. After resurfacing the top to remove excess weld marks and to make the top completely flat, smooth and square, I then affixed an ARMS pic rail via 3 countersunk machine screws onto the top. Finally, the receiver was refinished in flat black molycoat. This modification made it possible for me to mount a Trijicon Reflex optic on the lowest point possible on the receiver, allowing for a normal cheek weld and quicker target aquisition.

Therm, what kind of equipment do you use? Did you cut that from a solid block? Sorry if any of this was already mentioned in the thread. I don't have time to read the entire thing, I have to go now.
