Nice job Uziduzit! That looks like a lot of work but your final product looks fantastic!
Where in Massachusetts do you live? There aren't that many PS90 owners here. I live in Rockport (cape Ann). If you live somewhere close maybe we can get together and fire our toys?

The plate also added some rigidity to the top of the receiver. After resurfacing the top to remove excess weld marks and to make the top completely flat, smooth and square, I then affixed an ARMS pic rail via 3 countersunk machine screws onto the top. Finally, the receiver was refinished in flat black molycoat. This modification made it possible for me to mount a Trijicon Reflex optic on the lowest point possible on the receiver, allowing for a normal cheek weld and quicker target aquisition.

Old thread bump, I know -- but that looks smooth Vito! Glad I entrusted my SIG stuff to you!

    FN p90 Project

Other side on the lower area of receiver. I used our CNC mill to do the engraving. K1196 your items are done, just waiting on parking them. V

Is it just me, or would a two-tone PS90 look really good? Silver receiver/barrel and black stock? It would be unique, at the very least....

    Duracoat could easily fix that.

Therm, what kind of equipment do you use? Did you cut that from a solid block? Sorry if any of this was already mentioned in the thread. I don't have time to read the entire thing, I have to go now.
