About every 6-8k rounds I have to remove the extractor and clean metalic chips and other debris which gets impacted. This causes double feeds as the extractor fails to pull the fired round. Did not see alot of issues with the ejector but I always strip everything off the moving parts group for a thourough cleaning annually.
Only other issues we will have is after alot of firing, the mag carousels will have a white residue which can get sticky. This causes the rounds to bind up as they rotate around and up the carousel.
The removal of the extractor is very easy for the average person as long as you have the appropriate punches for the three roll pins.

I got a reply from FN BoB. He said if I have any more problems he/they will take care of it. I will strip down the reciever and clean it properly. My mag was brand new and it wasn't the cause.
Any manuals on how to strip the reciever?
PS. I still love my gun and this has only taught me that I need to clean the whole gun and not just the easy parts![]()

You see in this world there's two kinds of people my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig?
Are you refering to the moving parts group? I can send you a pdf of the P90 armorers maual but its a very large file. It is the exact same as the PS90 sans the trigger pack, barrel and selector switch.

Figured out how to upload PDF file of manual (thanks to Shipwrecks help). If anyone would like it PM me an email address. Heres the deal though...I will accept no responsibility if you use the information and dick up your gun. If you need any help walking through something email me ahead of time. There are a few tricks and tips to working on the weapon that contradicts the manual.
Such as: moving parts gp is covered on pages 113-121. they tell you to pull the c-clips off the guide rods. Not neccessary. Just bend down the rubber end plate and it will pop right off. If you take the clips off they must be replaced...waste of money and good luck getting them from FNH.

allrighty, update... finely... (damn 70++ hour weeks). Anyway, I disassembled my bolt and totally cleaned and lubed it, reassembled it and cycled 150 rounds without a hitch. If I have time tomorrow, I will try to get some range time in, no promises though

Howdy all,
So I got to get some range time in finely (and my range is in my back 40 too, ugh). After a full mag, I can say my ejection problems are fixed with the cleaning. However... I am all out of the factory ammo and am shooting pulldowns from EA (which are just fine by the way, minute of popcan at 75 meters) over 5.8 grains of VV 3N38. There were 6 to 8 that seemed like they were short stroking causing the bolt to not have enough umph to engage the extractor on the round. Since the round was never properly seated, it didnt fire and all I had to do was pop the mag, cycle the action and everything worked fine again. I am going to try 6.0 grains to see if that fixes the apparent short strokes.
