Green dot factory sight?
Has anyone else seen one of these? I cant see a part number to check and I can't find reference to it anywhere else. It looks like one of the old "white" reticle plastic bodied sights but wit a round green fiber optic collector on top.

Yep. Very interesting in that their idea to fix the poor sight that already has 2 light collecting points is to add another light collecting point. At least this is situated right on top of the sight like the ACOG.
I'd just go with the REM T3 so you can SEE the Rings in ANY light condition. It has 11 light settings and installs in minutes. It is also way cheaper then to buy that thing.

This is a whole new sight though, right? I mean it's not a revamped white ring, is it? Man this is the weakest link on this firearm AFAIAC. Glad I picked up the USSS sight when I had a chance to some years ago. I still have my ghost white sitting in the safe. One of these days I'll end up getting a REM unit for it. But I will say if your looking for a stock sight then this unit combined with a REM is the way to go as the REM unit controls the sight point itself and not the T reticule for better long range accuracy.Last edited by blkbd; 01-08-2012 at 08:48 PM.
