Ok, so I have noob question here. He says it's a 10 inch barrel so it's a SBR and that's why it has to go to class three dealer, correct? While if it was a normal 16 inch barrel it could go to a regular firearms dealer? While I think he ruined a perfectly good PS90 with all the added crap, I do like the paint job, at least in the photo, sure it looks different in real life.

I guess I was trying to say that it's not really much shorter than a normal PS90.. why do the SBR tax stamp and then put on a damn 5.5 in flash hider?

Well like he listed it set up for suppressor
So if he always kept the suppressor on it then it would be ok since he is selling it without the suppressor I bet he added the flash hider to look right. But if I was selling it I'd sell without the rail off.
