Came across a good deal on a used Ps90 apparently mfg'd in 2008, really like this rifle and thoroughly enjoy shooting it, is there anything specific I should be looking for in the purchase of it (internals and such..)?? Obviously a noob so any help will be extremely helpful

You did not specify what type of PS90 it is so I'll assume a standard. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

What type of sight does it have on it. Is it the factory Ghost White Ring or Black Ring sight or a different sight.

Check the MPG out thouroughly. Check the bolt face to see if there are indications of a ring around the firing pin. While there, check the rubber stop at the end of the bolt group for any indications that the MPG was slammed into the rubber stop leaving indentations/marks.

Check the butt plate to make sure there are no cracks in it.

Check to see if any modifications have been done to it. What Generation pack is it? Color of the pack (all black, gray and black, all gray), auto sear, etc....

While you have the MPG and Hammer Pack removed from the rifle, check the ejection port well and the stock. In there you will find the obturator (swinging door). Check the area around the obturator and inside the ejction well for any indications of scarring.

Functionality. Does it operate as it is suppose to? Has it been kept clean? What does the bore/chamber look like? Any indications of it being abused? Wear and tear?

A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.

That will work. BTW, welcome to the forums and you will love this rifle.

If you're refering to a black ring sight then you don't have a standard, that would be a USG. The standard does not have a sight.

Congrats! I like the Black Ring Sight the best myself.
Just remember to shoot it with BOTH eyes open.
