Does anyone have a scan of the Mk16 BZO Target that is issued?

I'm fortunate to have a 300 yard range. I use the 25-yard target to get in the ball-park and then I zero at 200 yards from a rest. It's better that way.

    Worked perfectly for my SCAR.

This is why our M4s and Mk16s START at 200m.

All you need to know is at 25m is dead nuts.
At 50m you need to hold low.
100m and 200m are relatively center target.

All of you that are or have been in the military should know this.
The one fly in this ointment is that an M4 is 2.5" height over bore for the sights, while a SCAR is 3.5" height over bore. The 25m "dead nuts" doesn't result in a 200m zero with the sight height change, you actually need to be almost 1" low at 25m. Hence the custom sighting targets below, which get you to about 0.8" low at 25m. (heavy squares are 1"/~4MOA@25M, light squares are 0.25"/~1MOA@25M, to match the elevation adjustments on our rifles)
