WHAT BAG DO YOU LIKE FOR THE SCARS?

I really like the offerings by 5.11 and Blackhawk. I've been running both for years and they've held up through alot.

If you want to carry two rifles in one (double) rifle case, and you want a double case that can be converted into a backpack for when you have to walk awhile with it fully loaded, I own one of these, and highly recommend it:

If you want a great case that will fit your SCAR with an ACOG with a Docter MRDS on top, this is your case (I own one of these too), and it has the added benefit of not giving away the fact you are carrying an assault rifle as you walk through the hotel lobby, if you ever have occasion to do that when you are traveling -- can come in handy (wonder how I know...):

I use mostly 5.11 cases, and I have several of them, mostly the 42" single gun cases. They are very high quality, you can add MOLLE gear to them to accessorize them inside and out, they are roomy enough to add a couple of semi-auto pistols, and if you keep your eyes open, they often sell them with a free double AR15/M4/M16/SCAR mag carrier, or a bottled water carrier, thrown on for free....

Don't let that "Shotgun" case label fool you -- click on the link and check out the pictures for details -- you can run a full size 24" AR inside one of these, and it handles a SCAR with room to spare.

5.11 Tactical also has great customer service, so if anything goes wrong, they take care of you. I slashed a strap on a thigh rig of theirs, and they sent me a replacement for free, including shipping, no questions asked....

Good call, SONYtec (as usual)!

I use the Select Carry for my SIG P556 gas piston pistols, and they work great for that, plus you can fit a full size semi-auto in the fanny pack that comes with (I put my SIG P226s in those). Love how they can be ripped open to access the contents in a hurry.

P.S. I try not to recommend them, though -- the fewer there are of these on the streets, the less the bad guys will know what is inside, until it's too late....

I really like the new COVRT and MOAB bags too.

I currently have a Condor 36'' bag. Its a snug fit but, price was right and feels well made. I just ordered a second bag. A double rifle case from Tactical Tailor. More expensive but have to accommodate two rifles in the near future.
