On the website they have four item numbers for SCAR17 S, in the "models" list. Two for 10 rd. mags and two for 20 rd. mags. One of each has this line in the specs:
"Stock Finish Black "

Everything else is the same.

This leads me to belive they'll have them in both black and FDE.

Interesting. The pictures of the 16s in black from the shot show have the colors not matching. Maybe there is some secret voodoo in non matching colors that the rifle derives power from. Or perhaps is camouflage. I'd like to think there's a reason the colors don't match.


On another note that SCAR has serial number 3. It does not appear to be a prototype. I think you .308 boys aren't going to have long to wait on this one. I wonder what the price will be?
