    Normal bolt and carrier wear.........

Hi, I hope this is just another paranoid worrier post, but after reading about some bolt/carrier issues I'm a little concerned with some of the wear on mine.

This is after 120 rds of nato 7.51, I have had no issues with operation just don't want to run into any issues in the future. There is some silver showing around the cam pin, no material missing and a very slight scratch on the back of the bolt you can barely feel with your finger nail. bolt carrier wear.JPGscratch.JPG

Non-issue. I could barely find what you referred to as unusual

If that is an issue (hint: it isn't) then my SCARs are screwed.

Attachment 87113 fullsizeoutput_144b.jpegWall thickness too thin and as a result the cam pin is driven with enough force on the feed stroke to cause some carriers to fracture.

Is this considered a defect or are all of them too thin? Got me worried about mine now, appreciate the info though.

Thanks everyone for clarifying. I'm still new to this platform and am trying to not obsess about it and "just shoot it" as most will say.

Wow. Would this typically be more of a high rough count issue? Surely this cannot be a common occurrence at 120 rounds?
